Eligibility Requirements
We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria:
Male applicants only
Able to live independently, including bathing, dressing, feeding themselves, walking, and managing medications
No diagnosis of HIV/AIDS
No history of sex offender registration or animal abuse offenses
Must be free from drug and alcohol use and willing to undergo testing if requested
Required to disclose any criminal charges, convictions, probation, or parole status
Must be able to manage personal finances or have an authorized representative payee
Must have a reliable source of income or financial sponsor
Information Required During the Application Process
Applicants will be asked to provide information regarding:
Medical history and current health conditions
Medication usage and compliance
Smoking habits and any history of sharing personal items or substances
Legal status, court-related requirements, and supporting documentation
Financial and income verification
Emergency contact information and support resources, if applicable
What to Expect
Step One
Initial Inquiry
Contact us by phone or email to express interest. We will provide you with basic information, answer questions, and schedule an intake conversation.
Step Two
Pre-Screening
We’ll ask a few important questions about your living needs, medical history, and legal background to determine if you meet our initial requirements.
Step Three
Formal Application
Complete our application form and provide any requested documentation, including proof of income or sponsorship, and relevant medical or legal paperwork.
Step Four
Review & Interview
Our team will review your application and, if eligible, schedule an in-person or phone interview to get to know you and ensure our community is a good fit.
Step Five
Decision & Move-In
Once your application is approved, we will provide your move-in date, review the house guidelines, and help you get acquainted with your new living environment and fellow residents.
No pets are permitted.
Due to limited shared storage space, please bring only a one-week supply of clothing and essential personal items.

Owners, managers and approved workers have the right to enter your room and change your room if necessary for the establishment. No pets are allowed.
DONATIONS are needed for rent, food for the ones who do not have enough money for the food plan, personal hygiene items for the guests, etc
